Stand Clear and Disapper

The new release from Shoebox Letters.  Coming in September 2021!

Shoebox Letters' six song collection "Stand Clear and Disappear" will be released in September 2021.  The mini album presents six songs written or co-written by Shoebox's Dennis Winslow.  Shoebox co-founder Dave Stricker anchors four of the six songs with his distinctive bass. The title track features a contagious baritone guitar riff courtesy of Portland, Oregon's Greg Georgeson whose guitar work is featured throughout the mini album. Other songs include the roots rock groove of "Cold Canvas," the riff heavy "No Drinking Song," the soulful "Shoulda Been Baby," the folk inspired "Someone Else, Not Me," and "Holiday For One" a melancholy look at that favorite season featuring Shoebox's Stephanie Cox on vocals.

"Stand Clear and Disappear" was recorded and mixed by Bob Stark in Portland, Oregon, with the exception of "Holiday for One" which was recorded by Greg Paul in Portland and recorded and mixed by Brian David Willis in Nashville, Tennessee.
